Step Two: Finding A Buyer
Unlike most standard business selling brokers, we are able to use our knowledge and over 30 years experience of the UK bus and coach market combined with our extensive database of potential buyers, to provide best matches, before approaching them directly and entering into preliminary discussions.
Step Three: Finalising the Sale
Our team ensures a smooth handover with all regulatory requirements met, making your sale efficient and worry-free. Unlike many brokers, we don’t charge a retainer, just a one-off up front charge of £3,650 plus a low 5% success fee plus disbursements. We take a proactive approach to the due diligence process, saving thousands of pounds in solicitors’ fees.
